Sept 6, 2010 - Nationals, Brampton ON
For the first time ever, Fredericton had multiple medalists at the Canadian Nationals.

Congrats to Ryan Hallam for placing 3rd overall and to Mary Shepard and Guylaine Boulay for taking Bronze in the female tandem event.

After qualifying 12th, the team pulled off a 6th place finish, our best team placing at Nationals since 2001.

Personal best times were set by Ryan Hallam, Kyle Emberley, Brent Edwards, Trent Anderson and Mary Shepard.

August 1, 2010 - Atlantic Regional, Halifax, NS
12 team members went to the Atlantic Regional in Hailfax. Fredericton members had a great weekend, setting another new team record and setting team records in the women's division, over 40 and FFD rookie. Eight (8) people had personal best runs!

July 25, 2010 - Mont Joli, QC
Eight Team members went to the Quebec Regional in Mont Joli Quebec. Fredericton set a new team records in Combat and Relay, placing 2nd in Combat and third in the Relay event.

Ryan Hallam was 2nd overall with a time of 1:20.28, almost matching his personal best. Both Jeff Gilles and Kyle Emberley joined the 100 second club with times of 1:32.12 and 1:39.91 respectively. Congratulations to Brent Edwards for breaking the 2 minute mark with only his second ever run with a time of 1:52.88

Dan Hatheway came out of combat retirement and ran his first event in 11 years, taking bronze in the over 50 division!

In the relay event on Day 2, the guys broke last week's team record by three seconds with a 1:10. Now on to Halifax next week!

July 18, 2010 - Ste Julie, QC
Three guys from Fredericton went to the Western Quebec Regional in Ste Julie Quebec.

Ryan Hallam was 4th overall with a time of 1:23.94. Congrats to Brian Pilling who set a new personal best on his second ever run, with a time of 1:39.87, breaking the 100 second barrier. Jeff Gilles missed his personal best by just a second, posting a 1:41.12.

In the relay event on Day 2, the guys posted a new team record of 1:13. Great job guys!

July 10, 2010 - New Turnout Gear
The team will be sporting a new look with our new lightweight black turnout gear with yellow trim from Globe.

May 16, 2010 - Marlborough, Mass
Eight runners from Fredericton went to this weekend's event in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The team came away with the team titles in both Combat and Relay. Ryan Hallam placed first over all.

Dwayne Killingbeck placed second in the over 40 division and picked up another silver while teamed up with David McKinley in the tandem event. Ryan Hallam and Jeff Gillies came third overall in the tandem event.

Congrats to the 3 new rookies who all had great runs as well!

November 20, 2009 - World Championships
A big congratulations for Flyin' Ryan Hallam who won the silver medal at finals last night! After running a 1:35 during qualifying, Ryan earned his way to the final day posting a time of 1:28, the second fastest time of the night!

Earlier in the week, the team placed 12th during qualifying heats and did not advance to the finals.

September 6, 2009 - Canadian Nationals
The team finished 13th at this year's Nationals. A big conratulations to Ryan Hallam who placed 4th over all with a personal best time of 1:20.03!

First year competitors Jeff Gillies and Trent Anderson had personal best times of 1:40.08 and 1:53.80 respectively. Kyle Emberley ran with a badly sprained foot but still pulled off a 1:48. Mark Dunphy ran a 1:58, good for 6th in the over 45 division.

Aug 30, 2009 - Gaspé Regional
The team finished 3rd place today, in a warm up for next week's Nationals.

Congratulations to Mark Dunphy, who won gold in the over 45 division. Ryan Hallam placed 3rd over all with a time of 1:23.97. Jeff Gillies and Trent Anderson had personal best runs!

July 25, 2009 - Atlantic Regional
The team finished a respectable 5th place today, especially since two of the three competitors were running for the first time.

September 14 2008 - Canadian Nationals
Ryan Hallam and Kyle Emberley posted personal best times yesterday at the Canadian Nationals. Hallam posted a time of 1:22.76 and Emberley clocked in at 01:43.25. Hallam's time placed in the top ten with an 8th place finish!

August 9, 10 2008 - Hallam takes Silver!
Ryan Hallam finished 2nd overall with a time of 1:28.26 in Baie Comeau, Quebec today.

July 19, 20 2008 - Hallam places 4th
Ryan Hallam was the only member of the team to compete today in Levis, Quebec. He placed 4th overall with a time of 1:32.20.

July 5,6 2008 - Team competes in Toronto
Team sporting their silver medals Nine members competed at the Toronto Metro Regional this weekend. We placed 5th in the team event and took the silver medal in the relay, setting a new team mark of 1:14.85.

June 15 2008 - Goodlife Kids Foundation
We raffled off the playhouse that the team built for the Goodlife Kids Foundation. $958 was raised in just 2 weeks.

April 4, 2008 - Team competes in DC
Team in Washington, DC Four members of the team took a trip down to Washington DC and came away with silver medals! Congrats on the second place finish guys!
